As the world’s largest direct seller, Avon markets to women in well over 100 countries through over five million independent Avon Sales Representatives. Avon’s product line includes beauty products, fashion jewellery, clothing & feature the well-recognised brands Avon Color, Anew,
Skin-So-Soft, Avon Solutions, Advance Techniques, Avon Naturals, Mark, & Avon Wellness
. As a rapidly growing company, the client requested help with a variety of organisational development (OD) projects which included significant cultural change, organisational restructuring & the changing role of HR to become an internal consultancy.
Solution: Values clarification & action orientated team building, plus a series of personal & organisational development workshops for key managers. Synergy also facilitated cross-functional & multi-level focus groups to gain feedback on the company values proposed & assist with buy-in for cultural change.
